Homemade Remedies

Here are some homemade remedies that I have used and felt good about.

Banana and Milk Mask
Purpose: Lighten skin tone
Ingredients: Banana, Milk
Directions:
1. Blend banana and milk together to form a paste-like substance
2. (Eat some) Lie down and apply the paste on to your face and neck (you don't want different colour face and neck)
3. Pat it down and wait for 15-20 minutes
4. Wash it off
Tada! Isn't your skin a lot lighter?

Baking Soda Exfoliater
Purpose: Get rid of dead skin, smooth out rough skin
Ingredients: Baking Soda and Water
Directions:
1. Add a few drops of water to some baking soda.
2. Apply the paste onto your face and massage your face in a circular motion.
3. Rinse it off completely.
Voila. No more dead skin!

Aspirin Exfoliater
Purpose: Get rid of dead skin, smooth out rough skin
Ingredients: Non-coated aspirin, honey
Directions:
1. Mush about 3 tablets of aspirin.
2. Mix it with honey.
3. Apply it to your face and massage your face in a circular motion.
4. Wash everything off.
No more dead skin =)

Yolk
Purpose: Lighten scars
Ingredients: Egg yolk and honey
Directions:
1. Beat an egg yolk and mix it with a tad of honey.
2. Apply to scars daily.
Buh-bye, scars!

Vitamin E
Purpose: Lighten scars, strengthen eyelashes
Ingredients: Vitamin E
Directions:
1. Break open a Vitamin E tablet.
2. Apply the vitamin to scars and/or your eyelashes
=) No more scars + thicker and longer and stronger eyelashes

Salt and Vinegar
Purpose: Lighten skin (in the long run), anti-pimples
Ingredients: White Vinegar or Sushi Vinegar, Salt and Water
Directions:
1. Mix water, vinegar and salt together so the ratio is about:
9:5:1
2. Soak the substance you just mixed together in a towel or gauze.
3. Lather the towel or gauze onto your face.
This works in the long run and it also gets rid of the stupid zits. =D
